On the eve of the PICOT celebration and at a defining moment of growth for the Agency, the Group once again looks internally to acknowledge the great work March will bring to what is a key department

The RV EDIPRESS Group, leader in Spain in Communications specialised in Tourism, Recreation and Gastronomy, continues to mark its growth by implementing new formulas of promotion. Everything surrounding Social Media has experienced exponential growth, becoming a fundamental pillar for the Agency and its Clients, for whom it plans personalised growth strategies online. In this new stage, with clear goals in mind, RV EDIPRESS names Alba March as new Department Director, to take on an exciting challenge. The Group continues with the belief in growing its own talent through internal promotion to offer the best possible team of professionals both to its clients and its media and journalism partners.
There are few weeks left until November 20th and what will be an historic date for the Tourism Sector and for Tourism Communications: PICOT. The session led by the RV EDIPRESS Group will mark a before and after point in the search for excellence and professionalisation of both sectors thanks to an initiative launched almost three years ago, that will soon result in a dream shared by a team of grand professionals, an experience also to be felt by their clients, colleagues in the press and for the tourism sector in general.

This exciting challenge comes on the heels of another milestone for the Group, like its national and international expansion initiated with the opening of several delegations, and the incorporation of numerous companies and institutions to its client portfolio; among those worth noting the Bodegas of Pagos de Leza, Tourism of Roses, Bocuse d’Or, The Isilla Group, The Jamón Rebellion, Hotel Auditórum of Madrid and the Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Madrid Princesa. For it all, the Agency has decided to build onto its internal structure by naming a new Department Director of Social Media, one who has experienced a large part of this growth and who has become a fundamental pillar for the Group and its clients.

Alba March (@AlbaMarchRV, incorporated into the Department of Social Media two years ago, after demonstrating true professionalism and results, as well as a deep knowledge of the philosophy and values of the RV EDIPRESS Group, with whom it shares an involvement, loyalty, dedication to service, commitment and passion for the day to day functions, will now become the Director of the Department.

This new role means important goals set around Social Media communications like, for example, growth of the department or the implementation of global strategies on Social Networks, the creation and promotion of blogs, consultation, relationships with national and international travel and tourism bloggers and the training and monitoring of results, among other responsibilities.

This promotion confirms, once more, the firm and decided bet RV EDIPRESS has made not only in Communications, but also in Human Resources where, from day one, the push has been on attracting and reinforcing the talent of professionals who have been incorporated into the best possible team to satisfy the needs of the media outlets and of its clients.
